The Upskill SME Training Grant helps eligible small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) invest in AI skills development while recovering employee salary costs associated with training.

Eligible SMEs can claim €204.30 per employee per training day for employees participating in approved AI training programmes, subject to the scheme’s eligibility criteria.
